Unfortunately the haircut and blow dry was not a very pleasant experience. The hairstylist was rude during the haircut, I can understand that I may not be sitting perfectly still but there is a manner to address clients. Secondly my hair pulled so hard during the blow dry that my scalp is still hurting from it. All in all I had a very unpleasant experience.

I had the most amazing experience with Yeshi! She took her time and really paid attention to every detail, making sure I left with the best haircut and blowdry I’ve ever had. Her skills are incredible, and she made the whole process feel so relaxing and enjoyable. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be returning. I'm aware Gusto is essentially a no-frill, cramped place but the location is convenient and it's good value if you manage to book their good, experienced stylists – not everyone is – so I've visited here several times. Unfortunately this most recent visit was a poor, below-average experience.
