From the moment you sit in the chair, you feel pampered. My stylist Melania, ensured I was comfortable and understood the look I envisioned. She asked thoughtful questions, listened attentively and recommended a warm caramel balayage with buttery highlights that would complement my skin tone perfectly.
The application process felt relaxing and professional. She expertly wove the bleach through my hair, keeping the ends looking dimensional and natural. She exercised so much care. Love Gusto!
