So good I had to come back! I love that I am listened to and given the exact cut that I want. I was also reassured throughout the process that what I wanted will happen. All the staff here are so well qualified and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately this was a large waste of money, as the stylist didn’t seem to know how to style my fine hair. The result was far from what we discussed -> there was barely a wave in my hair! Dissapointing to say the least. Beyond that there was no heat protection used which scared me a lot. I wouldnt recommend this service.
