The salon and staff were nice, but to be honest the balyage barely made a difference on my hair and when I flagged that it didn’t resemble the reference image I provided I could feel the frustration and irritation it caused as there were other clients waiting and it was nearly closing time which made me feel awkward. I felt quite ignored and as they were clearly overbooked my stylist had to attend to several clients at the same time. Not a particularly positive experience and won’t be returning.
The hair cut was ok ish, nothing special. I have had it done better at other hairdressers in the area. Stylist brushed the hair off my chest using his hands and I felt a bit uncomfortable so won’t be back.
Really nice salon, lovely people and very skilled hairdressers, Michael cut my hair like an artist he made it look so nice, I was made to feel comfortable and would recommend, I like that it’s also reasonably priced
It is hard to have the best ambience when everyone is wearing a mask and there is social distancing. Nonetheless, the team welcomed me warmly and did their utmost to be warm and personable. Dan was refreshingly young, skilled and attentive. He put me at my ease, listened, assessed my needs and hair and helped tweak my classic style to bring it up to date. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! My hair looked and felt great. I booked my next appointment there and then.
Okay - not the best atmosphere or service. Been to all branches and Covent Garden has better service than them all.
