I had booked my haircut with a gentleman that was recommended and had good reviews. When I arrived I found out he was not working that day so another hairdresser took me on.The lady was kind and friendly.I was rushing that day for a birthday but I had showed her what haircut I liked and confirmed I what I wanted.My hair was blow dried so I couldn’t really see the shape. After I got home I realised that it is completely uneven and not what an asked for. I feel like I wasted £60, very unhappy
