I booked an appointment at Gusto looking for a transformation and that’s exactly what I got! Venetia was friendly, experienced and took the time to listen to my vision and make my dreams come true. I came in with very long hair and wanted a short Bob. Venetia took time to explain styling tips and have suggestions as to what would work best. I absolutely adore my new style and can’t recommend Venetia enough

I asked for layers and they are chunky and uneven I went back for her to correct it and she blamed it on that she had done a wavy blow out originally so she couldn’t see the problem but I didn’t even ask for it to be like that? I’m still not happy.
