I asked for layers and they are chunky and uneven I went back for her to correct it and she blamed it on that she had done a wavy blow out originally so she couldn’t see the problem but I didn’t even ask for it to be like that? I’m still not happy.

Very disappointed. I went to correct my already highlighted hair. As I felt it needed more highlights. They made it worst and it has uneven patches all over in the back, plus it didn’t lift properly leaving my hair looks orange-yellow shade . I had to go somewhere else for colour correction. Spending even more. They are not professional and not skilled at their job. If you don’t want to mess up your good hair just don’t go there.

Chaotic and disorganised. Had to tell my stylist 3 times what I had booked in for each time she didn't listen. Whilst getting my hair washed the water was either too cold or too hot and kept getting scratched by her nails. Didn't get the luxury hair mask I paid for. Scalp was burning with the hair dryer to the point I flinched several times. I wanted a shorter fringe to which she ignored me. Hair dye smell was so strong gave me a headache. Need better ventilation and more sinks to wash hair.
