Treatwell are a bunch of crooks. They advertise services which the salon cannot provide and take your money upfront. You cannot get a refund. Wasted money, rubbish customer service. Take my warning do not use this platform and do not pay upfront.

Unfortunately the haircut was awful, not straight at all and some pieces longer than others. I tried to explain but definitely a language barrier & I did not feel comfortable as she got defensive. She was very rough & distracted.
The Receptionist was lovely & said I could come back to get it fixed. Salon is very small & noisy.
