Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I have never had such a situation before- the hairstyle i showed in the photo was completely different from I actually received. It was waste of time and money,I was asked to pay an extra £5.

the hairdresser did seem Expert, he came late and he did not apologise for that, he did not do layers at the front, did not speak at all, very bad service
