We were a group of four all booked at the same time, there were other ppl in there already so just getting all our hair washed took over 30m my hear was done great but other ppl in my party were very disappointed and because of the delay there was no time to get it fixed, would have been better if they staggered the appointments that way the wait wasn’t so long
