This was my first time with Raluca. I booked with her following excellent reviews. Extremely pleased with the results. Raluca has decades of experience and her expertise transpired through the recommendations she gave me around the haircut, hair treatment and care. I have extra long, wavy hair so she recommended me a layered haircut to keep volume at the top. Outcome was amazing. And the brushing (bouncy) as well. Thank you Raluca, will be combing back again.
Lisa was lovely and I am pleased with my haircut!
To the artist behind the chair—thank you for more than just great hair. Your talent, attention to detail, and warm energy turn every appointment into a moment of self-care and confidence. You don’t just style hair—you uplift spirits. Grateful for the magic you create, one snip and smile at a time.
Raluca was wonderful! She knew me better than I knew myself. I asked for a warm toner and she showed me the guide and I ended up choosing a cool toner. She blow dried my hair gorgeously and gave my the kind of hairdressing talk that I love - parental advice and a bit of fun. Will definitely see her again as she was very easy to talk to and direct.
I feel like my request wasn’t adhered to, and I left the salon with much lighter hair than I had asked for. The stylist recommended full double backed highlights instead of balayage. Subsequently, my hair began to snap due to the excessive bleaching. While that isn’t the salon’s fault, I feel that there could have been ways to prevent this. A “cheap” balayage and haircut ended up costing me £225 later down the line to fix - and I now have super short hair. Buy cheap buy twice as they say!
