I got told that since I booked for “long hair” and my hair is “extra long” I need to pay extra. On their menu, it says it is £40 for extra long hair, but they charged me £50 because I have “extra extra long hair and thick hair”. The £50 pound “extra extra long hair” option does not even exist on the menu. I have never experienced this in any other salon. It is not about having to pay extra £15, it is about feeling like you have been scammed. Not sure it is worth it.
