Seham was amazing. The cut and colour was spot on, she even put some waves in which held really well on a humid/wet day!

Booked a balyage treatemnt through treatwell, called the salon beforehand to check if i can book long hair or extra long, they told me to book long hair and i can pay a £5 difference should my hair be extra long. I feel like if a package is booked everything should be included such as toner etc. Once I got to the salon I had to pay additional costs which was very unpleasant and the same thing happened to another client on the same day
It was my first time going to Gusto and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My hairdresser was absolutely amazing — she really knows what she’s doing and made me feel so comfortable throughout. I’m so happy with the outcome; she listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than I expected. Definitely not disappointed — I’ll be coming back for sure!
I had one of the worst experiences ever at Gusto Hairdressing Salon. I booked a hair colouring and styling service online, only to be informed after arriving at the salon that there would be extra charges. These additional costs were never mentioned during the booking process, and the staff insisted I pay more based on the specific service I chose.
When I requested to cancel or reschedule, they refused, saying I could only choose another service of equal value instead of a refund or time change

Obvious that the team had never seen the haircut I requested. The woman who cut my hair was lovely, but I knew that she didn't know how to cut the style I wanted (despite it being displayed on their website). I'd suggest that they don't display/advertise hairstyles that they are not able to do.
