Honestly one of the best hair salon experiences I’ve ever had. Mustafa is a true gem, so kind and caring. My hair was quite damaged, so we did a balayage and a big chop, completely changing my look, and I love the result. He made me feel really confident about the change. Everyone at the salon was lovely, the head massage was amazing, and the whole experience was just wonderful. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much Mustafa!

I felt my stylist didn’t fully listen to what I asked for. A lot of time was spent massaging my hair, which was nice at first, but it meant there wasn’t enough careful time spent on the actual cut. The haircut felt rushed and was uneven. Although he tried to fix it after I pointed it out, I’m still not satisfied and will need another haircut elsewhere. I also felt uncomfortable with the number of personal questions and compliments, and the massage went on longer than felt necessary.
