Very busy inside. Staff members lounging around on the chairs for washing hair. Looked premium but did not feel premium inside. Was not offered a drink whereas I could see some other customers who were. Just an odd environment overall.

Treatwell are a bunch of crooks. They advertise services which the salon cannot provide and take your money upfront. You cannot get a refund. Wasted money, rubbish customer service. Take my warning do not use this platform and do not pay upfront.
