Just an awful experience- they couldn’t start immediately as too few sinks which made me late. Shop was cramped, messy and dirty. Didn’t even give me a gown to wear. Blow dry was dreadful - not how I asked and when I said I was t happy stylist asked someone else to take over and walked away. Person who took over struggled to salvage it as it was too dry. It made me cry, made me late and ruined a special night out
