Rosa was lovely and the staff were all very welcoming! I came for a cut/style on my birthday and I was super clear that I wanted a smooth, straight style with a tiny bit of movement at the end, (I have curly textured hair, that does not respond well to blowing it straight), I expressed this at the start of my appointment, and unfortunately the stylist still attempted to blow my hair straight, then there wasn’t time to smooth it with the flat iron, so my hair didn’t hold for my birthday dinner.

As I have curly hair I was not happy with result of layering my hair with thinning shears and wasn’t aware u til towards the end thinning shears were used. My hair is think and I like it that way I would have predated a layering the usual way I have had it with scissors . The snapping around my face is not even and I am not that happy but will grow again in 6 months I hope
