I was really happy with my haircut and all the staff were really friendly. It did feel slightly cramped but overall it was a good experience.

Jana was skilled and knowledgeable, and I was really impressed overall by the whole salon. She gave me a scalp massage during my mask, and even helped me with my coat. It's the little touches like that that really made it feel luxurious and classy.
I don't think they should have charged me an extra 4 pounds for my hair being long, when it is medium and that's how I booked it, but in the end, it's only 4 pounds.

I’ve been to Gusto before and had different hairdressers with mixed results, but Mario was brilliant! He listened carefully to what I wanted, asked questions, paid attention to my hair type and made me feel relaxed. I will definitely book in with him again!

Had a wonderful experience with Maria - kind and friendly and did an excellent job rescuing my dry hair! I left feeling fantastic and will definitely be returning.
Just a note that if your hair is longer than your shoulders there is a small surcharge for the conditioning treatment as it is considered long but worth every penny!
