Staff were really friendly and nice. I asked for big bouncy curls with lots of volume, looked ok when it was just finished then within seconds of walking out of the salon my hair was pin straight. Complete waste of a blow dry. Came all the way from Liverpool for a party (didn’t have time to return to the salon as I had a meeting) and have now had to go and buy a hairdryer to curl my own hair!! Not impressed at all.

Great service, Jana was lovely and very attentive to what I wanted :) didn’t feel she was too pushy with hair cutting even though mine needed it! Very great atmosphere and didn’t take the allotted 2 3/4 hours! Will be back!
