At first the customer service was questionable, as I was told I had awful hair and that she couldn’t believe I had gone out like that. It was only in a bun because why would I do my hair when I’m heading to a hairdressers? However, it may be lost in translation/British politeness because as the consultation progressed the stylist was very helpful and funny. The haircut and colour was great too.
