One of the most awful experiences I have had - Haircut completely wrong, the guy who did the blowdry sat me by the main door, left it open the entire service until a colleague raised the issue that the entire salon was freezing, finished my treatment angry because he was more focused on not coughing that providing a good blowdry, and to finish, he charged me twice - manager wasn’t at the venue so they couldnt reimburse me back, the rest of the team couldn’t care less of this situation and left the guy (and myself) waiting for an answer, and finally I had to leave my details there and hope they would transfer the £95 back. I have always had a good experience here but with this last one, I will never come back.
