Everyone was very friendly. However, when I made the appointment online, the definitions of long hair and middle-length hair were not really clear. I ended up paying a little bit more than expected because of this.

I was really pleased with my cut and colour. However, I was charged extra's for a toner (which I had done before but the price had gone up again!) and my haircut was called a restyle which was not included in price I had paid up front. Apart from that, very happy with the colour and style.

I’ve never felt worse about myself coming out of an appointment. I went to get my hair highlighted after having it cut 2 weeks ago. My hairdresser held my hair in between her thumb and forefinger and patronisingly asked me if i’d tried to cut it it myself. She also tried to insist at the start that I was meant to have a cut because she thought I was someone else. Not coming back here.
