I think it was good. Slightly odd in terms of their description of what category your hair falls into.. they say medium hair is a bob and everything else beyond that is long. So I had to pay extra for my hair as apparently it’s long despite being only just past my shoulders.

I don't feel like my hairdresser listened to what I wanted and had her own opinions on what my hair should be. I now have hair which is longer at the front than at the back which was never discussed and she downplayed this when I asked her. Not really happy at all.
