I had a cut with Mario, and asked for layers. He seemed very experienced. He listened to what I wanted and offered tips on styling for me to try at home too.
However, kind of disappointed that he didn't do a super professional finish, with the same excuse that I see other people have heard there ("your hair is very long"). He told me he wouldn't charge me more (I would have refused to pay more anyway) but to next time select extremely long when booking. I mentioned treatwell states that is hair below your waist, but he said the same thing again.
Nit picking would be to add that I wasn't offered a drink, but I did see another customer had been.
Overall, seems to have done a good job with the cut, but you can't accurately gauge when your hair isn't blow dried to a salon finish. Not sure I will go back

a little difficult to find so late arriving but hairdresser happy to fit me in. excellent consultation prior to highlights and cut. I was delighted with results and liked the down to earth atmosphere
