Really rather disappointing. The staff were short and snappy and my stylist was not at all interested or concerned with what I wanted and needed out of my haircut. My hair was cut dry and I did not get the deep-conditioning I had paid for. Will not be going back there.

Normally I have a great experience at Gusto but this time felt the stylist missed the mark - cut is OK but doesn’t really suit me or my hair.
