I am very happy with my experience, the hairdresser Danielle listened to what I wanted and delivered it exactly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that my hair cut came with a blow dry, I have curly hair and they couldn't find a diffuser to fit the hairdryer which meant that my hair was rather fluffy. However, my hair never turns out well when heat is put on it, so next I will not get the blow dry. Once I washed it the next day, my hair looked amazing.

I booked through treatwell a haircut and full colour for long hair. On arriving and as my hair was very 'thick' I was told that I would have to pay £20 еxtra even though there was no box to tick to say hair was thick, so defies the purpose of paying in advance through treatwell. I couldn't be bothered to argue with the hairdresser so I just agreed to it but I wouldn't recommend you go through there for a good deal. The place looked a lot more glamourous on internet than in reality. However the lady who did my hair did a very good stylish haircut. The colour was not good as it looked very similar to my natural colour so not worth it as I might have well just paid for a haircut.
