Loved my haircut, was exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly but could have been friendlier. Had an issue wherein I was asked to pay extra for a 'restyle' because I wanted more than a couple of inches off my hair (was already paying for very long); would have been great to have this explained on the website when I was booking so I was prepared for the price hike.
