Gusto is a nice salon and this is the 2nd time I've been there. I had a Brazilian Blowdry from Joseph and he gave me complimentary crisps, tea and water. He was very nice and explained fully each step of the procedure and regularly checked I was ok. Only a couple minor issues, there wasn't any hand towels or a hand drier in the toilet, and the salon is a bit small and cramped, but other than that a good experience.
