My hairdresser was in a rush to go home. She didn't look at my hair before washing it so had no idea of the shape or style. I had medium-length hair and wanted a simple trim but came out with hair that didn't even touch my shoulders. My hair was really thick and healthy as i'd recently had 6 inches cut off, but she also decided to thin it so it lost all the thickness it previously had. I've been wearing it tied up for the last month - hoping it grows out quickly.

I've been to Gusto in Covent Garden before - and usually it's great. But this time was awful.
My hairdresser obviously didn't want to be there and rushed everything. She didn't brush my hair before putting on the hair dye and there are huge sections that were left undyed because she didn't even bother covering my whole hair. I look like I have accidental highlights. After she had finished drying my hair and I was still sitting in my chair, she went off only to emerge with her own coat and ear plugs, ready to go. It was such a disappointment and I usually leave Gusto feeling fabulous and confident, but this time I couldn't wait to leave.
I wish I knew her name, because honestly the other hairdressers that I've had there have been 10/10.
