the hairdresser was too slow with the foils and since she was late she did a rush job.
I paid an extra for toner and she let it rest for just 2 minutes.
the result? Half of my head was orange.
I had to go to an another salon to fix "this job". never more.

It was clearly very busy and staff were pleasant enough, but they could have done more to ease the fact that they were 30 minutes late for my appointment (they didn't take my coat, offer a drink, keep me updated or anything). However my stylist was really nice and I loved my colour, cut and blowdry.
