From the moment I walked in I felt rushed. I understand that as these booking are often with a discount that we may not get complete priority but I could have been a potentially loyal client yet I felt like an inconvenience. I was rushed to the sink to get my hair washed and after, I was rushed to the chair where my hair was to be cut. Everything felt rushed, like he couldn't wait for me to be done. The "conditioning treatment" that was included in the deal was only left in for 3 minutes which is less time than I usually leave my normal conditioner in and when I asked to have a straight style he simply blow dried it straight and was going to leave it like that. I was shocked he did not go over it with a straightener. He did not bother with hairspray or any products afterwards and I had to ASK for serum myself. I also noticed that other customers around me were perfectly comfortable and chatting away to their stylist and mine did not make any effort whatsoever to interact. It's a shame because overall I was pleased with the length and to some extent, the style but the whole experience was lacking in so many areas that I am completely deterred from ever setting foot in this salon again.
