I'm very picky and have been having my hair coloured for a very long time and I think Sotiris is an amazing stylist. He did a full head of blonde highlights for me and it's probably one of the best jobs anyone has ever done on my hair. Highly recommend

I booked for a wash and cut and the two options when it came to booking were either for short hair OR for medium/long hair. These were the only options so as my hair is long I chose the medium/long option. I had the haircut and at the end of it the hairdresser said to me “fyi your hair is extra long so you should have gone for that option” and when I told her there was no option for extra long hair she said “I have to check the website but yes your hair is extra long, I’ll let you get away with it this time but for next time make sure you pay extra for extra long hair”. It was humiliating she made out in front of other customers that I was trying to scam the system by not selecting the extra long option...but there was no extra long option. Totally infuriating experience. Will not be returning or recommending and I suggest you check and amend your booking options before accusing more people of this.
