Avoid if you have curly hair, the lady who cut my hair was polite but in experienced with curly hair and cut my hair awful when I simply only wanted a trim, not anything drastic. My hair wasn’t blended and I had to then instruct her on where to cut my hair to make it even. Such a bad experience with this place and not worth the money, I wouldn’t go back to this hairdressers they are a rip off.

Wonderful experience for my first haircut in London! Christina cut my hair for me. She is friendly and meticulous; and always ensuring that I feel comfortable. E.g. checking if the water temperature is good, whether I would like to have a drink. She is also experienced with Asian hair type which is a big bonus for me. All these added to a very pleasant experience at Gusto.
