Snezhe was lovely, very attentive and did a fabulous job of my hair! The salon manager could be more friendly.. I’ve noticed it’s a common feedback from other reviews, this could definitely be improved on in order to boost the overall experience at the salon.

asked for a blunt cut chin length which it only got close to after having to straight it poker straight.After I respectfully said It was shorter than asked I was answered back that next time she wouldn’t ‘respect’my decision-go longer than asked,I will thank her in 2months when it ‘grows back’ and that it made no sense to go for a haircut if u couldn’t see any real change.was never checked with before she made the cut, was argued with, made to feel so small and left in tears.Worst experience
