The lady that did my hair was amazing - so friendly and chatty ! The best blow dry I’ve ever had - normally I’m quite nervous with hairdressers but I felt at ease here.

Great haircut, although I have hair below the shoulder and there was an extra charge for my cut (I had selected long hair, this is considered extra long).

-The lady doing my hair was initially very abrupt and made me feel very uneasy.
-The towel that was used after my hair had been washed was covered in hair dye stains- this was unpleasant as I was not getting my hair coloured.
-The brush used to comb my clean hair had other people's hair on it.
-My appointment was delayed due to an error on their behalf.
Other than these issues I was happy with how my hair was done and felt the lady doing my hair listened to my request.
