Normally I really like Gusto, and it’s my ‘go-to’ because of its nice staff and great opening hours. This time however was pretty bad. My 50 min appointment lasted 20 min, including a brief consultation, a 5 min hair mask and drying my hair - the stylist was clearly rushing because I had a late appointment and was likely his last customer of the day. He moved my head around roughly, kept painfully ‘tussling’ my hair and at one point he was cutting the front of my hair from behind with his arm fully in my face! He didn’t really cut it the way I wanted, either. Honestly I felt a bit upset by the end, and would now think twice before booking one of the later appointments, which is the whole reason I usually pick this salon :(
