The experience here reminded me of my days in Asia when the stylists more often than not absolutely didn’t know how to deal with my ‘not so straight’ and ‘not so thin’ hair. I had high expectations from this salon from all the reviews that it had but I must say I was disappointed. It quickly became clear to me that the stylist was comfortable with only certain types of hair and mine definitely was not the normal. It was frustrating to be constantly told throughout the hour that it was difficult to cut/ style my hair. I don’t even feel I have such unique hair! surely the stylist would have come across atleast a few other client with hair similar to mine if indeed the stylist’ experience is true! Anyway, I can only say pls think twice before going if your hair is ‘not straight’ or not ‘normal’! You were warned :)
