There's something unique about Gusto as a hair salon that I couldn't initially quite put my finger on. It was it's laid back vibe and atmosphere of friendly qwerky people.
Having visited a number of 'top' creative salons in the UK, admittedly my expectations were sceptical. However, I was not disappointed. Despite arriving late for my appointment I was seen and very well looked after by Ofelia. What a gem she is. I found her to be genuine with zero fake manner which made my long visit even more enjoyable...So refreshing!
My hair transformation went down well. I had super long, dead, colour treated hair so there was an additional fee on my overall cost that I was more than happy to pay (had there been a super long hair option when booking I would have ticked it). I went from old drab ombrè to mid length luscious brown. Ofelia's eye for prescion cutting and advising on my colour were on point. The perfect transformation for my birthday and my hair is heaps healthier!
