The welcome on the door was a bit intense and made me feel a bit uneasy. Then my hairdresser didn’t give me much time when speaking about what I wanted. When having my hair washed the sink was extremely uncomfortable and when left with a conditioning mask, the hairdresser came back smelling of cigarettes to wash it off which wasn’t very appealing or relaxing. When having hair cut, lots of painful brushing first, then once cut one side was longer than the other - after flagging this multiple times I had to give up as I had plans - now my bob is a bit wonky. No asking what style I wanted for a blow dry, so left with a very straight wonky bob, not what I aimed for! Hairdresser very friendly and lovely but unfortunately didn’t do a great job - when I get my hair done I want a good cut but also a relaxing experience and this definitely didn’t deliver on both fronts. I’m not super fussy about my hair so can deal with wonky bob but wouldn’t come back here.

Worst highlights I’ve ever had and cut was completely uneven. I had to go to another salon to get my hair sorted out. Would never recommend this salon.
