The prices are misleading, it’s still a good price for London but the lower prices advertised is what makes you attracted to the hairdressers in the first place. The luxury mask seemed to be not much more than just conditioner left in for 5 mins. I asked for layers given that my hair is long and I got feathers at the front and nothing else in the rest of my hair. Disappointed as there seems to be good reviews for here maybe I was just unfortunate with my experience. I was looking forward to having a hairdresser to really listen and do what I wanted but that didn’t happen.
