I always come to gusto for a trim, its usually well priced and friendly. Today I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length from about shoulder blade length. My hairdresser was very friendly, but my hair was cut to chin length and I am pretty upset. When I told her it was too short she said in two weeks time it would be shoulder length?! My hair grows very slowly and I asked for shoulder length not chin length :(
