Daniela was super lovely even though I was late and she did a great job with my hair. She made me feel comfortable and happy. Would recommend her for sure.

I would never go again. Unfortunately it wasn't the experience I was expecting and the person who did my hair hasn't done a good job. At the time I didn't realise it as I had it blow dried curly. However today I straighten my hair and noticed how uneven it is. Really disappointed as I now need to fork out more money to correct it.

It's my third time here. First two times were a bit more difficult (issues with being booked with another hairdresser and not enough time for my booking) but this time everything went perfectly. It's also hands down the best hair colour I've ever had on my hair, really happy.

I visited Gusto last Saturday afternoon. I found this spot on treatwell and read many many reviews before I made my decision to book my haircut with Ofelia.
I need to mention that I chose my stylist but then opened the app again and it said I'm booked with someone else so I had to change it - so keep an eye on it when you're booking :)
I'm pretty fussy with my hair - I hate getting bad haircut so I'm always pretty nervous before the visit. Ofelia was great though. Listened to what I needed and done a really good job. I wanted a shoulder length haircut which I know can be tricky but now after washing my hair at home it looks perfect and I didn't have to use a flat iron. It's a success. :) The visit was quick, nice wash and head massage. Luxurious treatment though is only a 3minute hair mask so don't expect too much from it. ;) I was offered a drink and there were magazines available to kill the time. Its a small and busy place but not madly (it was Saturday afternoon). I can definitely recommend it - great value for this price.

This was really disappointing experience. I didn’t ask for a fringe but I got given one! When I went back to complain (the person working there agreed it wasn’t the best haircut but said there wasn’t anything they could do. They said they would get their manager to give a call back, this never happened. When I called up the next day, the staff were so unhelpful and rude. They said there wasn’t anything they could do – they couldn’t offer a correction because it was too short to do anything with and they refused to give me a refund. Not one person ever apologized. A really upsetting experience and I do not recommend ever coming here.
