This was my best visit to Gusto so far. Mario completely understood what I needed without even having to explain too much. He did the correct questions and made me feel comfortable at all times. I left with a cut that looks great and will keep me out of the hairdresser for longer. Thank u!

No frills haircut. Water dripped down my back during the hair wash and the towel provided was damp as it had just come out from the dryer so it caused some discomfort.

Booked for half a head of highlights with wash, cut, conditioning treatment and blow dry. The haircut and treatment were great but the pressure to add extra onto the package was too much. I was told I NEEDED to pay extra for toner and that I really should pay extra for treatment with the highlights. When I asked for about 2 inches off my length I was told that this was a redo and not a trim (not specified that you can only have a trim as the haircut) and had to pay more for this amount off my hair.
Overall the haircut and treatment was great but I will not be returning because this is not the good deal that seems to be advertised.
