The venue was poorly ventilated, the pricing structure was confusing (so many things cost extra!), and the haircut is absolutely not what I asked for and is a terrible cut for my kind of hair.

I booked an appointment at Gusto Hairdressing through Treatwell on the same day and was lucky enough to get Marie. And honestly, I couldn’t be happier!
Marie was so lovely and friendly, and we had such a nice conversation during my appointment. She gave me really honest advice and some great tips for my hair, without trying to push anything I didn’t need.
She also gave me a haircut that suits me so well and was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you :)
