I just went in for a consultation to possibly get a perm, and snezhe was really lovely, she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I’m looking forward to go back to get a loose perm!

Avoid!
The worst hair cut and salon experience I’ve ever had. The cut was horrific, we are talking chunks taken out of my hair and fringe. My fringe in particular was cut so terribly I had to go to another salon to fix. While she did offer for me to come back so she could fix it the whole experience was so bad I was too scared and upset to risk it.
Stylist used no styling products or heat protection on my hair so my “bouncy blow dry” was super frizzy and looked awful, I had to fix at home.

When you go to the hairdressers it’s supposed to make you feel good and when you leave you should feel amazing. I did not. On my previous visit, the service was amazing but today it was terrible. I felt like I wasn’t wanted there and like my stylist didn’t want to do my hair. Didn’t even speak to me once. I looked forward to this appointment all week and now it’s ruined my day and I feel worse than when I went in.
