I had a fantastic experience with Helena she was very nice and listen to what I wanted. She made sure she discussed everything with me about my hair which I really appreciated. Final result was gorgeous! š„°ā¤ļø

Had my hair done by Charisse via Treatwell and it was a disappointing experience. No greeting, rushed consultation, and she didnāt even ask what colour I wantedājust did her own thing. I booked for long hair (confirmed by email) but was still charged an extra Ā£10. Paid for a blowdry, yet she suggested straightening instead. Felt like the fast food version of a salonāimpersonal, poor service. Not worth the money. Wouldnāt return.
