Actual hairdresser was lovely, however the woman at reception was quite unwelcoming and very rude from the offset. An experience that I was looking forward to was effectively ruined by this woman's attitude. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.

Nice visit, like the haircut and treatment. Salon lacked ambience and had quite loud repetitive music playing. Hairdresser was friendlyish
