Jana does an excellent job, the first time I went in for a cut in January and I was talking about wanting to dye it; she said her recommendation and it was like she read my mind! Did the allergy test and booked in for a total change that I was and still am really happy with, having since gone back to maintain. The receptionist/manager can be a bit rude which taints the whole experience slightly.
