Upon arrival, I was told I had to wait for 15mins as the stylist had another client booked in for colouring. She was apologetic and pleasant but it’s clearly due to some error in their booking system. Busy salon that could do some TLC and lacks atmosphere but otherwise ok.

I’ve been here countless times during the summer for blowouts and I feel like that’s what this salon is really good for. I had a haircut here and I told the hairdresser multiple times how I didn’t want my hair short. I really only wanted it cleaned up (get rid of dead ends, layers taken up). I emphasized this multiple times but my hairdresser didn’t take direction well at all. She cut the length she thought was alright and kept cutting. I don’t mind change, if I ask for it, which I didn’t in this case. Wasn’t very pleased. I should have left it at a blowout. The massage and shampoo was spectacular however.
