Would not recommend. I waited days for an appointment with one hairdresser and last minute they cancelled because another client booked a longer (and more expensive) treatment at the same time. As I had an event in that evening and was counting on that appointment, I ended up taking accepting another hairdresser. I found the whole situation incredibly un respectful, I won’t go back and will make sure all my friends know how untrustworthy the salon is.

I went there for a haircut last weekend and I'm really pleased with the result (not always the case with curly hair!...). The hairdresser was nice and the cut was done really quickly, but it's perfect! Would definitely recommend, it's a great value for London
