It was a very disappointed experience. The hairdresser that look after me was really impolite. She told me i could not have what i have paid for and when i asked for a refund she looked really upset. She told me i could not have highlights because my hair were too black and since the on line offer was not refundable i chose to have a colour and a cut which costed the same amount of money. During the service i received the hairdresser did not really talked to me, offered me any drink or checked that the water temperature was fine when washing my hair; she even dried my hair curly which i did not want to. When i had my hair done it was a really chilli day and they kept the door open which froze me to death. I could not wait to finish and go home. I thought i was going to have a nice treat at the hairdresser but it was such a not nice experience that i would not recommend the place to anyway.

I was expecting to review the color that was going to applied on my hair but the stylist didn’t share with me. My hair came our a little darker than I expected. Overall the experience was ok

I was glad to find a place which was good value and service. The hairdresser was exceedingly quick and did a very good job.
However I would say I found the product misleading, i.e., I was expecting these additional conditioner and paid the cost for this according. So for that it was slightly disappointing.
And yet, I cannot flaw their speedy service!
